Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Da humps and bumps.
Hang in there, it will come down.
Are you anywhere near TOM? BTW, even in menopause, you do get periods where you retain water, so don't count that out.

Wish I could blame it on TOM, except I had an emergency hysterectomy when I had my son 11 years ago. I was so happy when I got home from Vegas last week and had lost 7 pounds. (That wasn't the only thing I lost!!) Little did I know it would come back to haunt me! I wonder if some of the money I lost is going to come back too!!

I am doing the bouncing thing now...even if you gain 3 lbs, you will take off more on the next go. I was really starting to get frustrated with it, but it does it on its own and works its way back. Dont worry, you will have these.

I was thinking it has to be water, sometimes I have had phony losses cause I wasn't taking in my water like I should and then when I did, I gained! Like Chilly said, I don't even let it bother me anymore.

Did they take out your ovaries when you had hysterctomy? Because the hormonal cycle that *causes* TOM is due to the ovarian cycle, so, even if you physcially can't have TOM, you will still have your cycle, which can be a ***** with all the estrogen being released from your melting fat.

Oh, yeah, what about your sodium intake, if that is high, it can make you retain water, too.
