Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | i would assume it would cause damage in the long term. something about bacon for a snack just screams "clogged arteries" to me LOL! you know what though in all fairness. most people stay in induction and never read past it because that is where they lose rapidly. so i would have to wager that most some of the people in question, caused damage to themselves?? unless im oway off here....which would be par for the course for me LOL!!!!! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Again this is why moderation is key to success in anything. To much of anything is not good for you....a well balanced diet will keep you healthy. LittleLisaMarie ![]() |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Oh dear, this diet was such a blessing the first time I tried it, and when I failed, I gained everything back VERY QUICKLY and some. Tried it 4 or 5 times over a few years, and every time the same thing happened, and I ended up with quite a few food alergies I had never had before.
