Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Isnt it funny how we have questions we never thought we'd ask? Congrats on doing so well. Do you monitor your intake? Are you still losing regularly? It may be a matter of adding in 1 more small meal a day, maybe add in some foods that you hadn't been eating like whole grains? I'm curious to see what Doc has to say also.

Congratulations on reaching goal.
I know it's scary, but you will have to increase your daily intake to match your daily expenditure. If you are scared to increase suddenly, then increase your intake by 100 calories per day over a month or so-- in other words, if you need to increase 400kcals, then increase 100kcals per week.
For calculating how much you need, I have an article up in the main pages of this site.
How Many Calories Do I Need?
I've linked it here, so please check it out, and if you need to ask questions, please post them here.

thank you for all your support. Wow what a journey we all are on,This surgery makes you so aware of everything you do 24/7.
I am not uptight about everything I eat ,I just live day to day and make good choices. the surgery has given me a tool that keeps me aware of what I am doing.
