| I want to eat a small bowl of loaded potato soup with cheese and bacon bits today for lunch. It's freezing here. Will this be bad for me? I watch my carbs all the time, but I wanted to make sure it wouldn't hurt me to eat it. Thanks.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Well, of course...you should follow your Dr.'s protocol. First and foremost! But there has been an occassion that I've had soup. I mean, you're not going to eat "a lot" for one, and then just make sure you eat something super protein rich low carb for dinner. I really think you will be fine. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I myself wouldnt do it. But everyone is different. I really really try to stick to just protein and maybe a bit of a veggie. I dont want the carbs becasue I am afraid that it may not do good. And once I have carbs I tend to want more carbs the rest of the day. Bad ju ju carbs are to me.!!!! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I made my own cream of potato with no fat milk, instead of cream. I added some pureed ham to it and topped it with low fat cheese. It was good. With the extra protein from the ham, I didn't feel to bad about it. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I dont know that I'd go for the full rich variety but I would consider it if I made my own like CC did - you can add protein that way and minimize the fat! |
