Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | DO your best to focus on a high protein low carb low fat diet for now. Increase your protein intake. Try to eliminate carbs as much as possible ...not completly but make protein and water intake your main priority....eliminate sweets as much as you can as well as sodas and juices....Thats my suggestion.....Do you have a nutrionist that you can speak to that is related to your surgeons office. THey would be the best source for you to provide you with what they want you to have. Good luck and just think how much closer you are getting to the surgery..Motivate yourself...We are all here for you... LittlelisaMarie |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | hugs! gotta work it. MY surgeon required me to loose 25 lbs pre op. MANY told me well if u were able to loose weight why do u need the surgery! but i didnt listen to them . FOR me i wanted my surgery bad enough that it came to me to work hard and stick to it. IT is known per my surgeon that pre op weight losses makes for less post op complications and safer lapriscopic surgery as the fatty liver reduces in size. GOOD LUCK! and following south beach will help you post op being its a hight protein lo carb way of eating. I used atkins induction to loose my weight! good luck! and were here for you! YOU CAN DO It!!!!!!!
