| Kathy, you will be fine. You are doing great. About the hair thing, that's good news. I am already concerned about that. I have had thick hair my entire life and I am scared to death of it thinning out. The only thing I'm doing for it yet is trying to make sure I take in enough protein.

LOL Actually, I notice a little hair in the shower, but I've been pregnant before AND taken birth control in the past...it really hasn't gotten much worse than those times.....lately, it doesn't seem like much at all...! Pinapple upside down smoothie.....(cooking up the recipe for hubby in my mind!!!) |

ALL i would say is the biotin was good for the new growth which came in healthy and fast!!!!!! i lost hair thru the entire rapid weight loss stage and was on biotin before i knew to use it from this same effect when i did atkins.
