I am finally in the 200's bracket. It has been soooooooo loooong since I was under 300. It's been over 20 years since I saw the 2oo's on the scale. I told my sister and friend that I will scream so loud that the walls will rattle. I even did it when I was on the phone with them, but I told them to hold the phone away from their ear when I am going to scream. Once I screamed they knew right away that I was under 300. They are just so tickled pink for me. It is such an accomplishment for me. I could hardly contain my excitment when I told my husband. Now my goal is for 275 pounds. I am taking small goals and when I get to that weight then I will set my goal to 250 and so on. I AM JUST SOOOO HAPPY RIGHT NOW.     :ch eerleader:

that fabulous news!!!!!!!!!! i was never a numbers person before. i never wanted to know what i weighed. i was more of a size person. i hated going up to the next size, then again, and again. i always dieted to lose to get into a smaller size, not a goal weight. now that i'm losing i'm an addict with the scale. it's all about the numbers now. how strange. i'm so happy for you and I can't wait to post my first WOW like you! congrats to you.
