What is CVS? I've seen it on late-night television when advertising things, naming it with chain drugstores like Walgreens, Rite-Aide, etc., so I assume it is a drugstore. Is it a regional thing, because I don't think I've ever seen it here in the Seattle area.
I was just thinking yesterday when first reading here about biotin that I should get some. If I don't have one of those stores here (yes, we do have Walmart and I see some people go there), does anyone know if they have it at Costco?
I was just with my son somewhere and a lady came up to me and told me what beautiful hair I have, so naturally long and curly, and I thought she meant my son's long dreadlocks. LOL. No one has ever said anything about MY hair before - and I had just gotten out of bed, hadn't really even brushed it. So I figured it is another sign - that I should start taking biotin now.

CVS is like Walgreens....! I get my Biotin at Walmart (Rexall brand)..I got 120 capsules (5000 mcg) and it was VERY inexpensive!

They say that it starts at around 50lbs. And I guess that it really depends on your intake of your protein and other things.
Biotin is for the new growth...its comes in thicker and fuller. Plus it is wonderful for your nails. I have been taking it for about 5 months now.

I was first told at about 3 months...then someone mentioned the golden number of 50 pounds....I really haven't struggled bad with it....I notice I'm losing some, but it's not in clumps....it's just thinning some!
