Talking From "The Secrete"

By Lisa Nichols

You have two sets of feelings: good and bad feelings. And you know the difference between the two because one makes you feel good and the other makes ou feel bad. ITs the depression its the anger its the resentment its the guilt. Its those feelings that dont make you feel empowered. Those are the bad feelings.

The flipside to that is you have good emotions and good feelings. You know when they come because they make you feel good. Excitement joy gratitude love ...Imagine if we could feel that way every day. When you celebrate the good feelings you'll draw to you more good feelings and things that make you feel good.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Thanks for those encouraging words. You know, the funny thing is....we KNOW this, but yet we don't "strive" to dwell on the good feelings. The mind is a strange thing sometimes!

I struggle with this a lot, I give my power to other people that make me feel the bad feelings, I have really been working hard on not doing this. Living well is the best revenge, I have sampled this and found it to be true, it is just not falling back into the other feelings from time to time that I struggle with.

I have found that it is an everyday challenge to keep on the positive side. I stay in my intention to keep my beliefs as my tool. The guy who helped write Chicken Soup for the Soul spoke in CA when I lived there in the 80's and he said that as you step into your clothes each morning imgaine that they are a protective coating and anything negative cannot pennetrate this coat. When I remember to put it on I feel strong inside and I don't let other peoples opinions become more important than my own. I loved "The Secret" and there is another book "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay that puts it all into perspective.
