Thanks Doc for the wealth of information. I feel much better after reading your post.
I guess my other question is that every day at some point or another I put a protein shake into my diet. I use the 100% whey protein powder from GNC. Is that maybe not a good idea anymore? I gotta go check out that label.

But I have been getting in lots of fluids, most days like 90 ozs of water and I eat mostly all protein and if there is room left then a bit of a veggie or fruit. So I feel like I am doing what I am suppose to. Thanks again Doc.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
