| Okay what is everyone's opinion on Saltine crackers. I eat nonfat ones maybe 2 times a day while sitting at my desk at work. they seem to get me through the breakfast and afternoon time between meals. I usally eat 3 to 4 at a time. should i change snacks. does anyone have a suggestion for my snacks?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | i dont think its the calories that are the issue but eating just carbs alone is kind of a waste of space. you should try to focus on the protein. i dont count calories. you are so early out the amount of calories you could eat in a day wouldnt really matter. i mean im not a dr or anything by any means. but that is what my nutritionist told me and i still follow that. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Are wheat thins considered a whole grain? I guess they are probably better for you the the saltines made with white flour. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | my nutritionalist last night told us she didn't think it was a good idea.she believes if you start crunching on crackers or fat free chips it wll lead to a few more then a few more .because we have an eating problem,we should stay away from those kind of snacks .try cheese sticks, milk, turkey or something that is good for us being out such a short time.we have to learn to eat and snack completely different..good luck!
