Default Dinosaur Hunger

OMG!! I was so hungry at the end of today. I felt like I was an escapee from Jurasic Park.
Do you exercisers out there get hungry from working out?
I can't even get to sleep. Maybe I didn't drink enough water today. Just had to vent. I knew you all would understand. It's been a long time since I was this hungry so it took me by surprise.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Sureeeeeeeeeee workout make you even more hungry! you're not alone there!! I mean have you read what I was eating lately?? my list goes on and on.

Sometimes I feel ashamed to share it with you guys. Make sure that what you eat is rich of protein. so what if you have 2 dinners but low in carb and rich with fibers, vegi's and protein. they are good for the exercise.

my trainer actually suggested that I go for the fresh juice and vegi drinks/smoothies but I'm afraid to do them. She said I'm dehydrated, and I admit I don't drink enough water. I drink everything exept water/juices.

So hang in there sweetie, I'm there for you :*

Love,
Hanadi

Hey Kat Im with you. I just recentely switched up my exercising from walking outside to working out at the YMCA on an eliptical machine and treadmill and I have been starving~!!! I keep thinking man what is going on. But I think our bodies need more since were exercising is what I am guessing. I just keep packing lots of protein snacks and when I am ravenous I just eat those things so I dont eat no no things.
I have tried doing more water but I still get really hungry.

Thanks guys. I really think I need to do more water and then take it from there. I know I have a low metab. because when I do the math, the calories I take in and the amount that I loose don't add up, but that I knew back in my 20's. Then I was doing Richard Simmons diet and walking 3 & 4 miles a day, and doing weights. I stopped loosing if I went much over 1,000 calories then. Now that I'm 50...I guess I shouldn't be too surprised at the lack of loss recently.

yeah, working out does make me hungrier. I can drink all the water I want, but I am not satisfied until I eat something. Try working out earlier in the day so that when the hunger comes from it, you wont be eating so much later!

Yes Yes and Yes.. water aerobics makes me hungry, weight lifting did too. I said something to my Nut last time about it and she struck me down saying no exercising doesn't make you hungry. But this is not the first time in my life I have done workouts and they have always made my appetite more pronounced. I am careful what I eat but I have always felt that there is a difference between the bored I am hungry feeling and the omg I need food or I am going to be sick feeling. And when I get that way I eat something I keep it on the better side but I have to eat something.

Drinking water/crystal lite really helps with my hunger. On the other hand, you prob need a bit more to eat if you are working out.

You are doing so great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Miss you. S

I've felt hunger a few times now and it still surprises me. But what's even better is that it does not take much to satisfy the hunger. IN fact, sometimes when I start thinking or looking at what to eat, the hunger dissappears!
