BUT ....I would read alot of your posts talking about people gossiping or talking about you because of your surgery ! Oh ya...for the longest time I would say to myself...why the hell is she complaining or why is she letting things bother her like that !! Then it finally hit me !!!! Because its so DAMN annoying thats why...Am I right here or what ! My wifes company Christmas party is on Nov 25 this year....Ya I no Id prefer it be closer to Christmas myself but Crap happens right..lol ...Well anyway...theres this ladie who I will call the company busy body ,,,who knows and tells all ..you no AKA ..the town cryer !! Anyway...its going to be a Sunday Brunch type deal ! ( I forgot to mention my wifes work is a very small place...approx 10- 12 people that work there . ) Well the ladies were talking about the menu and stuff and this lady asks my wife ...Well whats Jerry going to do ...he cant eat this stuff ..maybe Jerry shouldnt come ! So my wife comes home and tells me all this and I naturally say WHAT THE F@$# does she no! This is the same women that thinks she is an expert on WLS because she watched a segment about it on 60 Minutes ! Also there is the question about the bar at brunch ....Everybody is going to have drinks ...then this ladie pops up in my wifes face and says ...Well Jerry cant drink ...hes going to have sergury...It dosnt matter to her if its in Jan and also none of her buisness I might add ! So naturally ..your all probably wonder what Im going to do about Sunday Brunch ! Im going to go and have a good time and probably have some fun and be really annoying to this lady ! OK Im sorry Im getting off topic here...I dont give a crap who nose about my operation...Im looking forward to it believe it or not ...its going to save my life... my only problem is the self proclaimed experts that put there nose in to everything and have no idea what the heck there talking about ! Just doing a little venting ...its been awhile ...also Im sorry about what I thought about you guys when you were venting...You dont understand till you go threw it I guess !! So thanks for letting me vent....What do you think ...should I go out of my way to imbarras this lady or should I take it easy on her ??? Jerry

That is probably easier said than done Im sure becasue I have people like that at work too. Just keep your darn nose out of my business. And I would just kill her with kindness if you do have to be around her. And yes you will get some negative vibes from people about this surgery and etc......But I made a point to not let that bother me and I am happy I did that. Alot of people did not know about my surgery until afterwards. I didnt tell alot of people becaseu I really didnt think I was gonna be covered by my inusrane company. But everyone is gonna have their opinions and in the end you do what is best for you and your health. I am 7 months post op and I still get some negativity from some but I dont care. I am much happier and feel so much better and I am a healthier person. Good luck with the busy body lady on the 25th.
