As of this morning I lost 81 pounds. I cannot hardly beleive that I am losing so fast lately. It is just melting right off of me. I am so happy how fast it is coming off lately but my husband thinks I am losing to fast and is unhealthy for me to loss so fast. Is he right, I am kinda worried because I am lossing almost a pound a day and I only walk about 2 or 3 times a week. I was under the weather sorta to speak the last few days. I get my water and my proteins in.

Kitty, you are doing great. Keep up the good work. When are you scheduled to see your surgeon again? I'm sure the weight loss is fine, but I'm sure your surgeon would say something if he thought it was too fast. Keep it up!!!
How many protein grams are you getting in a day?

Congratulations on your weight loss.
You are losing a lot in numbers because you need to lose a lot, since you started out heavier than most women having this surgery. I just calculated, and you have lost 38% of what you would like to lose. which is above the cuve, but then, Trulykath lost 50% of what she expects to lose in 3 months, so, you're rate of losing is probably close to hers.
Your body will slow down with time, and settle where it needs to, so strick to your surgeon's progarm, and enjoy the ride.
((((((HUGS)))))
