Ok so how does this sound???

$15-20 donation

This will take care of the room/decorations/drinks and the following,

Rotisseried Chicken, Spinach or Cesear Salad, Corn on the cob, baked or French fry idaho potatoes or yellow rice, home made corn bread.

Must donate $15 minimum for each guest that will be eating.

Water, Sugar free ice tea, snacks etc will be available. You are welcome to bring drinks, snacks desserts whatever to the party as well. ALL DONATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED LoL...

Let me know what you think. Also if you want to do a grab bag type of thing i need to know as well.

I havent heard back from the office yet of the availability, they are supposed to let me know today ..if not my husband will go back on monday and follow up.

As long as the invitees understand they are to pitch in on the festivities, I'm sure it'll be a blast - I kinda missed out on the conversation too, is this Christmas or New Years? I think it's very reasonable for a New Year's Eve Bash! I remember a small neighborhood party for New Years Eve 1999 -2000 that we get this bill in the mail 2 weeks later for $50 in fireworks - I dont even let my kids handle fireworks! I thought they'd lost their minds!

Its actually a holiday christmas party that all are invited to. I did it last year with the other support board i go to and it was great....met lots of people. This year i am going to order the food bec many travel to the party and didnt want to carry dishes again....

It is going to be either the 8th or the 15th of Dec......
Hope you guys can make it.

Yea sorry its so hard for people that are not local...but its nice for those that are closer to make it. Its alot of fun. Just the idea of surrounding ourselves with each other around the holidays is nice. Its not a support group its just a celebration of how well we have all done and a pat on our backs.....
