My son's friends got together for a party last nite, and my husband and I went (adult supervision) and all of us parents are good friends too. I made sure I was not hungry before we left for the party and I had a few sugar free candies in my pocket cause I knew there would be tons of sweets there! I did great! The kids had so much fun and I stuck to my plan, avoided the candy and had a healthy snack of olives, apple and cheese! I have found that there is always NoNo's but if you really look, there are choices for us among the clutter!!
