Height:   |  Kinda Bummed.... Okay girls, so this is why my hubby and I needed a date so badly last night.... yesterday at the wedding of our friends we found out that a rumour that was circulating around base was just confirmed and that the Air Force is now changing the deployment time from being 4 months long to a 6 month deployment. This will take effect starting with my hubby's deployment bucket in January. I knew that this would be a hard thing for him to be gone for four months without seeing him, but it was hard hearing that he will be gone for six months now instead. I know that we signed up for the military voluntarily and that this is part of the sacrifice part, so we will be blessed, but I am not looking forward to the missing him. We just barely seem to be reaching a new level in our marriage and are in a good place right now. I will miss him terribly, but still feel grateful that it is only 6 months versus what other branches of the military are asked to give. I am lucky and I know that I can make it with the help, love and support of all of my wonderful friends. I am so glad to know that when the time comes you will all be here for me. Thank you so much for all of your friendship, kind words, and well wishes in my life. I appreciate you all more than you could possibly know. Fortunately I have till January before this all happens so I will do my best to concentrate on fortifying my marriage in the meantime. Thanks again. Janae |

Since hubby and I got married we never separated from each others at all. Even if any of us should travel on a duty, the whole lil family travel too. But I'm afraid this will happen for a while when I'm off for the graduate studies. I know my heart will break. But you know what?? think of it in it's brightest sides. Think of it as the greatest oppertunity to focus on your WL, use this time to take care of yourself and your body. Shock him when he sees you again!! Let the fire works get out of his mind heheheh I don't wanna get *^%&^#@^%# you know hehehe Please take the advantages of every moment you have now with him. enjoy every minute. 6 months apart is a lot for a loving woman like you I know, but I will pray that God will give you the strength and power.
