Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | you know what though?? i dont feel good after eating EVER. i get in my little 3 ozs and then i have to lay down til it moves. otherwisei am miserable. i ate just now and i felt like it was trying to crawl back up my throat LITERALLY i dont get it....sometimes i wish i could just drink shakes forever and ever...

But I do get hungry. It is amazing though. I think I am starving and I eat a tiny bit and Im full so quickly. Never was like that before surgery. Now full feeling. Like Kath says I know what my capacity is and I just know when I get to a certain point and I stop. Its hard to explain.

| Super Moderator  | OT Hmm, Kenya, maybe you should get a scope done. Even if it isn't bad enough to make you throw everything up, the fact that food doesn't seem to move along easily may be that your stoma is smaller than it should be. Not quite a stricture, but not quite normal, either. Talk it over with your surgeon, and see what he says.

Kenya my best friend/cousin who had this done has the same feeling you have. Your gonna laugh but let me tell you what she was told to do ok. Put your left arm on top of your head. She said her surgeon told it her it opens up stuff and lets it pass. I have tried this before and it does seem to help. Im kinda like Doc in saying just to check it out it wouldnt be bad to have one done. |
