I Cant Afford To Skip Or Lose A Meal Because I Was Told My Intake Was To Low And Ever Since I Started Eating 800-850 Cal I Have Been Doing Alot Better With The Losing. Doc Gave Us That Formula On How Many Calories Our Body Need According To Our Wt And Deduct 500 - 1000 For Wt Loss. And She Was Right On The Money!!!!!!!! Plus My Doc Told Me The Same Thing!!!! |
