Default Coffee Cream

I had to do it. I tried to find the christmas flavors in sugar free and couldnt so i just went and got the regular one. I got peperment mocha and OMG im in heaven. I use such a small amount that its ok....dont upset my stomach and dont make me feel icky. There is 5 grms of sugar in a tablespoon i think, i use much less then that so im good. It make such a difference in the coffee. Just wanted to share....

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

LisaMarie,

I love the coffee creamers, but can't find many sugar free either. I did not feel well when I used the regular, but maybe I was using too much! I wonder if I use just a teaspoon of the flavored one, plus my milk...would that still taste good?

Now I have to go get some.

I had told Kenya about this. This is my FAVORITE at this time of year. I was disappointed they didn't have SF, but I didn't think the sugar content was too bad. I mean, if you use a big cup, 1 TB is fine. This is my weekend luxury

You are not alone my friend!! lol
I know im not even 2 mths out, but there are times when you just gotta have something!

The other night i just had to have some choc chip cookie--- i was in a dinner and so i ordered it, but only had the tiniest taste... and it did the job!

No guilt!!

So i figure this-- a small bite of just about anything won't hurt.

As long as it really is a small bite.

But I am very sure that had i eatten more then a nibble, i would have .

So enjoy!! Just be careful in your indulgence.
*besides you have MORE then earned it!!

my belief is you can have things you like as long as you leave it at a bite or something small, every once in awhile i just have to go to caribu coffee and order a latte...i know the sugar in it is thru the roof but i only get a small and then i am good for awhile, i believe if this is a whole new lifestyle change, you have to allow for things you like or will it ever work? i have heard of so may ppl who have had surgery gaining the weight back maybe this is due to that and it brings back the old habbits. just always enjoy in moderation

ABSOLUTLY....true...moderation is key to your new lifestyle. Initially I was very strict, didnt even lick my fingers the first whole year out...slowly i bagan to test some waters...not to much but very little and in moderation. I think that post Lisa had says it all the 3 bite rule.....for things we shouldnt be having...i try to just take one or two but dont feel guilty if i do three because of that rule LOL....
