Alright here is the deal......WLS 1 year ago. Im down 120 lbs and am where I want to be.....160-165 lbs. Down here in Miami cuban coffee rules. I drink cafe con leche which is about 1 part cuban coffee and about 3 parts milk with plenty of splenda. I have never been able to do skim but have been very good for the past year using 1 & 2% milk. I bought regular vitamin d the other day and let me tell you my cafe con leche is like a milkshake now....yum yum. After this gallon is gone im gonna get back to being a good bot and buy 2%. It sure is nice being thin....people constantly ask me when I am going to stop losing weight.....very cool.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I can handle the skim milk fine, it took a while to get used to it though. I still love my Caramel Macciato from Starbucks - but it's a trip to order CM, decaf, no sugar, no fat, no caramel syrup on top. Even stripped down it's the bomb - cures most any craving for sweets too!

That's pretty much how I have my coffee lol...cafe con leche indeed for me! but I use heavy whipping cream or if I do iced coffee I do whole milk with a splash of heavy cream. But then I don't do the whole low fat thing.

nutrasweet and splenda, strong SMOOTH coffee with the cream/milk..mighty good indeed.

If you mix powdered non fat milk in with skim milk, it tastes just like whole milk and you don't have any of the fat!!! Also, if you have Braums in your area, they have the best skim milk in this world....they must have special cows or something LOL!!!

I also use the coffee mate sf hazelnut creamer...I buy 2 or 3 each time I'm at the store...I use it at home & work!
