Default Water Question

Does Our Body Need Time To Absorb Water Like It Does With Protein? Like Lets Say I Screwed Up Half The Day With Not Drinking Water And Tried To Make It Up In A Few Hours Of Drinking My 64 Oz. Is That Ok? Because I Know Our Bodies Can Only Absorb A Certain Amount Of Protein In An Hr, So How About Water

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

As long as it hasn't given you diahrea, it will absorb, you don't make urine until you have absorbed the water first.

If you feel thirsty, you are already a bit dehydrated.
It takes some time for the water to reach the tissues and cells, and until your cells are all fully hydrated, you are going to keep feeling the thirst. If you are seriously dehydarated, it may take days until you are properly hydrated.
Even when you are dehydrated, some of the water you get in will be passed on to urine. You also need to consider that there is insesible prespiration which helps adjust your body temperature. The only way to quickly rehydrate, and insure that all the water you get in gets to wherever it is needed, is through IV administration, bypassing the digestive system, and even then, water needed to excrete waste will be used to form urine to keep the damage to your body at a minimum.

So, it's best to get your water intake in at regular intervals.
