Default To Much Protein?

HMMM SO FAR TODAY I HAD 79 GRAMS OF PROTEIN AND 655 CALORIES I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVE MY ACHEVE ONE DRINK LATER FOR A SNACK BUT IT HAS 20 GRAMS OF PROTEIN WHICH WILL RAISE MY PROTEIN INTAKE TO 99. THIS HAPPENED TO ME THE OTHER DAY WHERE I TOOK IN 100. I GUESS THIS MIGHT BE TO MUCH PROTEIN . I NOT SURE HOW TO GET AROUND THIS. BECAUSE SOMTIMES I LIKE A PROTEIN DRINK OR SNACK IN THE EVENINGS.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Is there such a thing as taking in too much protein???? How many calories do you think it all adds up to??? I would think that the 60 grams of protein is a base to shoot for everyday and more would not be so bad if the calories were not too high. Guess Doc will have to let us know.

I use Unjury's protein calculator: Protein Calculator

According to my height (5'5") and weight (199lb), I need 60g of protein. I usually try to go a little higher though.

The body can't store protein apparently and taking in heavy amounts of protein for a long time can be hard on the kidneys.

Hmmm My Results Were 49 Grams Of Protein. But Since We Had Surgery We Dont Absorb Everything We Eat So If I Were To Just Eat 49 Grams I Doubt My Body Would Absorb All That. So Im Not Sure About That. Maybe Doc Can Clear That Up. PLUS ACCORDING TO MY PAPER WORK I SHOULD BE TAKING IN BETWEEN 60-80 A DAY.

I KNOW HOW MUCH PROTEIN WE NEED A DAY BUT SOMTIMES WE I WANT A SNACK AND ALREADY REACHED MY PROTEIN GOAL WHAT CAN WE HAVE TO EAT AND AVOID THE PROTEIN INTAKE FOR THAT SNACK
