Default ? about how our bodies actually lose

I am curious as to how we actually lose weight. Do the fat cells just shrink? Do they all shring simultaneously? Why do we lose in some areas more than others? How much does exercise impact loss? Does exercise positively affect how our skin shrinks? Does using extra support while losing and/or exercising help with skin issues? You can tell I'm getting a bit bummed by the skin issue, huh? Thank you for your thoughts on this subject. - Have a great day, everyone.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

As far as fat cells go, yes, they shrink, but do not go down in numbers, is what is said to be. That's part of the reason yo-yoing weight takes place with regular diets, and is so easy to regain weight without the weight loss pouch tool. With the fact cells intact, all they need to do is store up the extra fat again. You usually lose frist in areas that you gained last. The less ou've been stuck with it, the easier it is to let go.

As for the skin issues, someone posted that her surgeon said that most people will need tummy tucks, but the other parts, the skin will catch up some, after a peiriod of time.

Exercise is to 1) use the fat for fuel and 2) to build up muscles which workd by burning fat. The more space you have in your body to burn the fat, the better off you will be.

hi, that was me that posted about my surgeon saying most ppl need tummy tucks, but the rest of your skin should shrink, he said ppl just get impatient, they lose the weight so fast and want the skin gone (i guess who wouldnt) but it takes longer for the skin to adjust to the fast weight loss, oh and exercize does help too! hope that helps b4 i asked him about it i was kinda freaking too!
