Thank you thank you... Yes I voted this evening, oh boy it was very crouded I had to wait for maybe 40 minutes untilI got my turn. The judge called me I showed him my nationality ceritificate he stamped it and gave me the paper I made my 2 choices put my paper on the box I wished if I could have taken a picture but it was very tough! the seriousness was in the air I would look silly if I ask anyone here my camera take a picture of me!! although the press were outside the room..one of them took a picture of me outside at the street. who knows maybe I'll see my picture in the news paper tomorrow hehehehe. Woow women were very active, as if they were trapped in the Jenni lamp for million years and they finally got the ventilation space to bolt! I just realized i cannot spell. Chuppy I really am stoked for you!!! It is important to vote and to have a say. This is a momentous occassion. I can imagine that everyone took it seriously and worked to vote for who they felt was the best people to represent you. Congratulations again. You have no idea how much Kuwaiti women were thrilled yesterday. It was their life moment that they have waited for generations after generations! Do you know that the Kuwaiti man had his rights and had been participating election 40 years ago! and women just got it!!!! Last night results have come and my 2 candidates lost! but it's OK at least I had my choices and everyone had! Now I can say man and woman in my culture are EQUAL! we still have some residual minor differences like if the Kuwaiti woman for example is married to non-kuwaiti she cannot inheret her nationality to her kids! They take their dads, while Kuwaiti man who's married to a non-kuwaiti woman inherets his kids his Kuwaiti nationality! Duh!!!
