A while back (feels like forever) i posted about how i found this site; by accident. and i wonder often times if it was an accident at all. or some "force" that brought us all together....

whatever it was, i thank god everyday that i found this board and all of you. seriously, you've all stuck by me thru good bad...and ugly LOL. mood swings. ups and downs with weight, and everything else. and i just have to say i appreciate you all

everyone has done and is doing great. keep up the good work.

...and i want to see more pics so everybody take a current pic and post it. for the newbies; i know it is hard, but you will really begin to see how you are transforming once you take a pic and look at them side by side. everybody else DO IT!

you are so sweet girl....I know how you feel....RR is my new little family...I talk to my husband about you guys...and he loves to sit and look at all the before/after pics while I'm on....I tell him little stories about all of you...!

I feel exactly the same!!!! My daughter is coming by today, so I'll try to get her to do before and after.besides it might be a good thing cuz I don't feel too positive these days..

I agree with you Kenya. I am always talking about you ladies ( and guys too ) to some of my co-workers and family and friends. I tell them that this board is like my second family. Even though we all have never met you get to know these people and its great.
I will try to get some photos posted. Once I shower later and get my workout in I will see if hubby or duaghter can take some photos. I hate to say it its not taking the photo but posting it that is the problem for me. I am such not the computer girl. But Im sure hubby will help me.

kenyar you are such an inspiration to me with all the weight you have lost and you have given me lots of information that I have learned from you and the rest of the people on this board and you all are my second family also. I try to go on the board a few times a week to catch up with the news with everyone. I love the wow moments and also the before and after pictures of all your transformations. That really inspires me to keep on track. To see the results as time goes on.

Gratitude is such a great topic to bring up! I think it's really important to appreciate to POWER of the group! Thank you for introducing tht topic and the spiritual wonderings.

I was wandering the web one day, wanting support for a weight loss endeavor I'd not yet begun. I had learned that my will alone is a big disaster. I found this site that day, got back on the foodplan that I KNOW works and have lost 90lbs since that day.

I may have 58 to go--but that's FAR from 148!!! I remember when I'd lost 70lbs and I would get real hopeless about having over another 70 to go... It was TRULY ONLY THIS site and THESE people that kept me on track and my sh*t together.

How many times have I wanted to eat something "bad" and I log on and just read through the new posts? That's how I deal with it.

Here is another totally grateful and satisfied consumer of the site. Again, I really appreciate Kenya for bringing this up.
