 |  My mind is playing tricks on me
So this morning I stepped on the scale and it said 156....In my head I swore it said 196...then it dawned on me it wasnt a 9 but a 5 I was seeing so I stepped on it about 4 more times to make sure I was reading it right, I think all those years of never being under 200 is making it hard for me to comprehend that I am less then that...anyone else experence this kind of thing?

Congratulations on your weight loss.
Yes, your brain will play tricks on you, and lots of them from time to time, until you've been at goal for a couple of years, and even after then, though not as often. That's what CraigT told me once, when I asked him when it was that he *really* saw his weight loss and was at a comfortable place.
