Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  My mind is playing tricks on me So this morning I stepped on the scale and it said 156....In my head I swore it said 196...then it dawned on me it wasnt a 9 but a 5 I was seeing so I stepped on it about 4 more times to make sure I was reading it right, I think all those years of never being under 200 is making it hard for me to comprehend that I am less then that...anyone else experence this kind of thing? |

Yes, your brain will play tricks on you, and lots of them from time to time, until you've been at goal for a couple of years, and even after then, though not as often. That's what CraigT told me once, when I asked him when it was that he *really* saw his weight loss and was at a comfortable place.
