Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  My Nut Visit I have been off too lately. Trying to get things ready for my trip to Canada over Christmas. But I wanted to let you girls know that I had my fourth Nut visit last Monday and I lost the four pounds I gained and three more. She was happy so was I. She gave me my slip for my labs. And told me we are over the hump. She sent me to the Fitness store here to get a few protein samples and drinks to try out. Get a feeling for what is out there. (I have been looking but actually trying them is better too) And she told me about my taste changing. She said about getting a sippy cup ..lol I said yes my girls told me that already..And my hubby keeps saying wait but I told him I will have to drink it no matter what and I need to get some before surgery. Then it hit me, my surgery is acually getting closer and it is not so much a dream anymore. And I got scared..lol hummmm and it starts right..  If I don't get back much I want to wish every one a Happy Holidays no matter how you celebrate them remember that being with family is what is important.. And a Happy New Year my friends
