Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I've been sticking to the plan....going to the gym (nearly killed myself on the elliptical last night) and still....I'm stuck... I think I have some holiday blues to go along with it....I'm looking forward to a few days off, but then again, when you're with family, you are surrounded by food....the holidays have NOT been right for me since I lost my mom in 2006. I really wanted to be in onederland for Christmas...and I know I still have about 2 weeks to get there...and surely this stall will break. I also know....I've lost nearly 80 pounds in about 4 months...and that is AWESOME.... for some reason...I can't seem to pull out of this funk.... ![]() |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | come Kath you can do it. I know how it goes too. I was in a funk and I do think it was due to the scale not moving for like 3 or more weeks and it just did move finally for me. You could be the same way. I felt the same way. I was and am sticking to the program and eating right and also working out daily and etc......But it did finally move. Hang in there. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Kathy- you are amazing and ya look amazing. 80 lbs in 4 months is incredible. I hope to be close to that by then. I do understand the rough holiday season. My family is no where near the size it was a few years ago. I hope you are able to enjoy the holidays though! Congrats on all of your success, 2lbs will be gone by then.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I am stuck with you Kath. Holidays can be so stressful in so many ways. So, I suggets we raise our protein drinks and toss a strawberry in them for my toast--- ![]() Heres to 4 months of lbs falling off, to changing our lifestyle , to inches gone, to less clothes in our closets, to shoes that are getting too big , to more energy , to finding our necks , to realizing we have bones in our butts , to rings that fall off our fingers , to being able to sit comfortable in a booth; to crossing our legs, and all the other little things I can't remember right now...![]() CHEERS!!
