Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  Hi all I know I haven't been on in awhile and I miss everyone very much. Things have been crazy here first the issues with my daughter, and switching offices where I never have a minute to even breathe because we are so busy and getting ready for the holidays. This week has been crazy with being hit with the ice storm and now a snow storm. We lost power for about 3 days and still have many areas where there is no power. Because of this I have been working extremely long hours at work. Today for instances i have to be in at 4 and will get off at 8 tomorrow morning. We are providing 24 hour telephone service to our residents. (i'm in property management) Many of our resident's have been with no power since Monday evening and need someone to complain too. So i've been yelled at, cussed out and about everything else you can imagine this past week all while I'm sitting in the dark and cold trying to help them. AND then going home to a dark home.. we at least have a wood stove so its been warm in the house!! Anyway that felt good to get off my chest I'be been holding it in for so long I just wanted to scream and about to the point I want to scream at them to help themselves a little but I will keep my mouth shut. Thanks for letting me vent and now i'm off to take some more abuse  OH but I have lost 3 more lbs in the last few weeks which has made me very happy!!  |

How about holding a backyard yelling contest for your family, with a cute prize for whomever yells the loudest? I'm sure everyone has one thing or another they want to yell their heads off about.  Not at eachother, of course, but towards the river, the woods, you know.(((((HUGS))))) again.
