Went to a family christmas party yester .my SILawmade a comment that i was doing (OK).I said I felt I was doing just a little better than that ! She said my Wloss was pretty typical of someone who tries. I wanted to bash her.She weighs about 90lbs at 5'5" because shes anorexic and very gross looking.People really don't understand how hard we work at this and I think some people are just mean!!!!! Just needed to vent....

Obviously, your SIL has her own problems. She is expressing her discontent with her anorexia. It isn't you that is her issue, it is herself, and how she faces her own life that is the issue. Which she can't deal with, as things should be dealt with. So, of course, she is going to comment on others to make herself feel better--which in fact backfires on her, because she doesn't realise she is saying these things because she herself feels miserable. And later on, she will feel even more miserable, because what she said to you hasn't made her feel any better, nor has it made her own situation any better.
Don't let her get to you, and don't take it out on food, either. Just pat yourself on your back that you are doing very well, despite all the noises people make. That's a merit to you.

O man I would have been steaming hot at her.
That the same as when people that know I had the surgery will say to me "well I know so and so or a friend of so and so had the surgery lost a lot of waight and just gained it all back.
I think this is so meen to say If your going to tell me that why not just tell me that Im a loser and Im going to get fat agen and try not to sugar coat what you think.

 Thanks everyone.Kitty I am with you as far as people saying stupid things like-shouldn't you be walking for break?, watch what you eat,people gain it back,are you allowed to eat that?,I could lose if I had surgery.I'm so thankful for every person on this site.
