She said my Wloss was pretty typical of someone who tries. I wanted to bash her.She weighs about 90lbs at 5'5" because shes anorexic and very gross looking.People really don't understand how hard we work at this and I think some people are just mean!!!!! Just needed to vent....

| Super Moderator  | Awww, ((((((HUGS)))))) Obviously, your SIL has her own problems. She is expressing her discontent with her anorexia. It isn't you that is her issue, it is herself, and how she faces her own life that is the issue. Which she can't deal with, as things should be dealt with. So, of course, she is going to comment on others to make herself feel better--which in fact backfires on her, because she doesn't realise she is saying these things because she herself feels miserable. And later on, she will feel even more miserable, because what she said to you hasn't made her feel any better, nor has it made her own situation any better. Don't let her get to you, and don't take it out on food, either. Just pat yourself on your back that you are doing very well, despite all the noises people make. That's a merit to you. ((((((HUGS))))))

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I agree with everyone here. You did a wonderful job and it does take alot of work to get to where we all are today. I have only had one person give me a bad comment. She said I look good but be careful so I do not gain it all back. Do those people realize that it HURTS to tell us stuff like that. It took alot of courage just to go threw with the surgery and then we have to eat when we are not hungry but have to, and that is hard to do,and to top that off we are suppose to eat 6 times a day, and then all the pills we have to take and then we have to excercise if we want good results. So I say, we have to work at it hard. Girl you keep up the terrific work and pay no mind to those mindless people. I am on your side all the way. Go Go Go PS: You have a Merry Christmas & a Wonderful Happy New Year and that goes for everyone else on this board.
