Default Oh, I almost forgot to mention....

Okay so I forgot which thread I had discussed this with ya'all earlier so I will start a new one in the interest of time.... I reached a milestone for me in the arena of my workout at the gym...Do you remember how I told you about a machine that I longed to try out but that it required the person to lie down on their tummy and stick their butt up in the air? I was so scared to try it for embarrassment factor, but yesterday I went for it and did fifty of the dang things. I really worked my butt off, but that is the whole point of the machine...lol. I was so happy to get past that fear that I couldn't wait to share it and then almost forgot to. Just goes to show you what a spacecase I am lately. Kisses to ya all and hope it helps someone else stick their butt out there in the name of good fitness...

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

hehehehe Janea why do wanna develop a booty? this machine to firm and tone the booty shape! It's nice I tried it but I think my body still need to loose fat in order to work on the tonning and the firming process.
I found the Tae-Bo is the best. It helps for anger managment!!! hehehe I feel the high feeling in my blood after I finish this class. I also like the Yoga it helps me stretching my muscles. I still look for this thing that I saw in SHape magazine when I was in CO. biking under water but I can't find it in Kuwait I would assume that it's tougher on the muscles to resist the water and it would have less impact on the knees.
