Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  hunger for awhile there i was starting to wonder if my pouch was broken..lol I was feeling hungry all the time, or was it my head? well now the last 2 days i have to force myself to eat, havent been hungry at all. also i went to the gym today and weighed myself and only lost 2 pounds since last week and i have been working so hard!!  frustrating!! anyhow hope you are all well and happy holidays!

| Super Moderator  | You're probably building muscle right now, so while your weight doesn't change much, you'll be losing mass wise, as muscles weigh more compared to the same volume of fat. As a matter of fact, I once tried measuring the difference and it came out like 1.5 times in weight with lean meat compared to the same 1 inch square block of fat.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | Hey, you're losing. Also, don't look at the scale, look at your clothes, bet they're baggier, waist fitting better every day. Yes, it is in your head. I see commercials all the time and you know how before surgery your tummy would growl watching that kind of stuff. Now I physically look at my stomach when I'm thinking about it, my tummy has no reaction, it's definitely brain. Ok, yes, you could have a pouch problem, but if it goes away, you know you don't . Look how far you've come, so great!!!
