I hope everybody had a Merry Christmas ! Christmas dinner was my so called last supper ! Now I start my 2 week liquid diet ... I cant believe Im this close . Anyway I get to drink 4 cups ( 300 ml ) of Optifast a day for 2 weeks ! Its a powder and I mix it with 300 ml of water . Then on Thursday , Jan ,10 th I go to surgery ! Im not even depressed about the liquid diet...in a strange way Im looking forward to it because I no Im going down the last stretch of it !
Maybe because its Christmas time Im feeling rather greatful about things . I made alot of friends on this site and I just want to thank you wonderful people for your support and putting up with me this past year. Its been a very tough , stressful and long waite for me and now Thank God I see a light at the end of the tunnel !!!
