Gosh yall, I miss you too! I am hoping I can finally get back on here and get caught up with everyone. It has been a rough couple of months. My mother in law has been very, very sick. So sick that we thought we were going to lose her, buy by the grace of God she was home for Christmas and is improving every day. My computer has also been on the fritz - and I hate sharing my hubby's laptop, but I guess I am going to have to. I went to my 6th month appt and I have lost 50% of the 70% they expect. They were very pleased with me. I am pleased as well, but scared that I am hungry now! Anyway, let me have a chance to get caught up with everyone by reading the boards. I want to hear from everyone. I cannot wait to check the weight losses! I love and miss you all!

I am not sure. All she said was that they expect me to lose 70% of my excess weight, and that I have already lost 50%? I actually disagree with where they want me to stop. They said they would be happy if I stopped at 200 and maintained my weight there. I do have big bone structure, but I am only 5'5'' so I think 170-180 and would be tickled with 150. The pcp said I looked so good now that she could not imagine me at 200 for me to just to wait and see. Odd, huh? I am a good size 18/20 and really would like to be a 12/14. She also said that I didn't look like I was going to have that big of a problem with excess skin. Yeah! But, she didn't say anything about the girls being so flabby. LOL! I hope this answers your question.

Thanks Genmel for the answer. It does answer my question. I thought you meant they were expecting you to lose 70% of your excess weight by a certain time and then the rest later. You are doing GREAT!!!
