My operation is now on Feb 14, I keep moving it back thinking I have a good reason but I know that I'm scared. Thats just about all there is to it. I also can't lose the weight the doctor has asked my to before the surgery. But GOD willing I'm gonna go thru with it in Feb. God Bless all of you.

It's normal to be scared, I sure was, but it is sooooo worth it to finally lose this weight. Yes, it's tough to start losing before the surgery, but I'm sure you've done it before only to gain it all back. Well this time you won't! You can lose some weight,try to eat lots of protien.At this point there is still alot you can eat and still lose.
