Its been quite awhile since I've posted, but been working way too much. My operation is now on Feb 14, I keep moving it back thinking I have a good reason but I know that I'm scared. Thats just about all there is to it. I also can't lose the weight the doctor has asked my to before the surgery. But GOD willing I'm gonna go thru with it in Feb. God Bless all of you.

LOL I haven't heard Yunz Guys in years. You made me smile. I can hear that PA accent all the way down here in VA.
It's normal to be scared, I sure was, but it is sooooo worth it to finally lose this weight. Yes, it's tough to start losing before the surgery, but I'm sure you've done it before only to gain it all back. Well this time you won't! You lose it before the surgery and you're just that much farther down the road.

Hey Fishroy, You need to stick with your date! You can lose some weight,try to eat lots of protien.At this point there is still alot you can eat and still lose. Try cutting out all bad carbs and all bad fats,that still leaves a lot of diff. foods.I wish you all the best. So far losing 85lbs has already changed my life considerably!!!!
