Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Half-way mark! Yay!!! I am so excited! I weighed today and I am over half way to my goal. I can't believe it. I can't really see a big difference when I look in the mirror, but my clothes are falling off now, so there must be a big change. I got a pair of size 20 pants for Christmas, down from a very tight 26, and they are so loose I can pull them on and off without unzipping them. The funny thing is, I didn't return them for a smaller size because it was so hard for me to believe that they were too big. It's like I was expecting myself to suddenly expand and they wouldn't fit anymore. Now I have a brand new pair of dress pants that are already too big. Pretty crazy. I bet I could easily fit in an 18. I just wanted to share my excitement and wish everyone a Happy New Year and much success in 2008!
