thanks Doc for the link to the pouch rules. The only reason my nutrionist gave me was because i would vomit, it all makes sense now.

OMG no more diet pepsi....now that scares me more then the surgery itself...it is going to be life changing isint it

Don't be fooled by the diet-something labels. Always be aware of the true ingredients of whatever you drink or eat.
Learn to read the labels, and choose wisely.
