Default I may have hurt myself...hopefully not...

I am 10 weeks out and by all accounts "healed". Yesterday at work I was really thirsty and whoever used the last in the water cooler didn't bother putting a new bottle of water on the cooler, so I did!! I am not sure if the water was worth it.
I had a hard time sleeping last night, my back hurt, my chest hurt and to top it off my head hurt from my sinus infection. Today everything still hurts and now my abdomen hurts (nothing hurts constantly, but when it flares up, I have it's full attention).
Obviously, I am hopeful that I am having an anxiety attack (though I don't know why) instead of thinking I really did something foolish. Then I remember that I was once diagnosed with costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilidge in the chest wall) so I am hoping that my hercules act helped "inflame" my cartilidge.
I went to my PCP today and got an antibiotic for my sinuses and he did and EKG due to the chest pain and all is fine there. I'm just a bit nervous now.
Thanks for listening.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I hope things are all ok for you. I know those bottles are heavy when ours is empty when I go to get water I just go and find a man in the office and ask him to put a new one on, I have put them on but I don't want to hurt my back again.

I'm sure we've all done something that we later thought we shouldn't have done - hope all goes well.

Just a thought...I can remember doing something "new" after surgery and straining things that hadn't been used since recovery, maybe you did this???
