Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Nut Appointment I went for my Nut visit today and found I am down another four pounds and I only have four more to go before surgery. I had to lose 18. We did my labs right before I went on vacation and all is well there, actually it was very well my cholesterol dropped from 240 to 188 since October and my thyroid levels were great also my A1c. She set me up with my surgeon and one of my last visits with her. So mid February I will see her in early morning and him right after. We went over all the vitamins and protein stuff today. It is just going to be here so fast, the butterfly's are getting pretty big..lolol. I do have a few things I have to do yet like my scope I am sure and I have to attend a meeting there but I did get lucky because they changed there class set up to a online version and they are not giving the test as of now. She said they may change the test but I may get lucky and not need to pass it. I just watched this online video and it is very informative.
