Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Just wanted to say Happy New Year i haven't been on in a while, I just wanted to send out New Year blessings to everyone! So many of you helped me so many times last year. And i look forward to all the helpful information i can obtain through this website for this year also. I will admit, the holidays were not good, food wise!!  i really need to get back on track. I haven't gained any weight, but i haven't lost any weight in over 4 months.... i have hit my spot i guess. Which is fine, especially if i can get it tuned up.  I still dump horribly if i eat too much or the wrong things... it last about an hour, then i am ok again, but for that hour i am dying. LOL I am still unable to eat Tri-tip, but i don't miss it. i can eat so many other things. Even the bad carbs (pasta, yum) but i do it in moderation. And for me, i think that is going to be the key. Anyway, many blessings to all of you for the new year!! It is going to be a great year!! Ciao,
