Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  Update on life here I have been kind of scarce here. I started a new job on thursday, I am a waitress at a BBQ place here. Its the only one on the island of Oahu and we are busy all the time. I make good tips, but man am I out of shape. I have realized its not easy trying to do this right when you are running all day long. I am having to take 2 protein shots a day to keep up with my protein intake because I am so busy I dont get a chance to eat until I get home at around 5 or 6. We are adjusting well to Will being gone so thats a plus, the kids are doing great they are loving the extra money I am able to spend on them. Well thats my update so far. Oh yeah the 11th I go for my 6 month check up and I am at my surgeons goal for me  |
