| I don't understand what in the world is going on. I weighed yesterday morning for the first time in a long time, and I had lost 5 pounds this week. I was so excited. I weighed again this morning and the scales had gone back up 3 pounds. What in the world is up with that? I didn't overeat at all yesterday and thought I had a pretty good day.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | you had your surgery one day after mine, it has been a hard time getting here, this was no easy fix like people think, we have to work just as hard to get and keep the weight off.

| Billie, I didn't realize that our surgeries were only day apart. Hey surgery buddy! Kenya, when you "bounce" like this, does it take time to lose that weight again or does it usually go right back down?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | My name is Kath...and I"M A BOUNCER!!!! LOL....I'm up 1 pound from 2 days ago...I don't usually sweat it, as it all comes out in the wash....it's usually tied to a stall....and I know I've stuck to the plan!!! It won't be NEAR as frustrating if you don't weigh every day...this makes it maddening!!! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Is Your Period On Its Way Because That Could Be One Reason. Or Maybe Its Just Your Retaining Water, Or Like Kenya Said Bouncing Is Normal-some People Bounce And Others Dont. I HAVE NEVER BOUNCED BUT ALOT ON HERE HAVE. Just Make Sure You Follow The Rules Of The Pouch, Dont Skip Meals, Make Sure You Eat Enough Not To Little And It Will Work For You I Promise!!!! And Remember One Thing We Did Not Gain This Weight Over Nite So We Wont Lose It Over Nite Either. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | for me, i would gain and lose and gain and lose until i dumped a bunch of weight. then it would start all over again. it weighs heavy on your mind. dont let it. i almost wish i would have flat out stalled instead. would have been easier to deal with the scale not moving at all as opposed to the up and down. but the net result will be a loss. dont worry |

| I try not to weigh everyday. Sometimes I can't help it. I haven't been bouncing though. I think this is the first time. And, Boots, I don't think it's my cycle. I just finished it about a week ago. So, it's not that I'm gaining due to almost being time for my period. I just hope that the weight comes back off. It's times like these that my mind starts running.
