after waiting for 7 months i finally got my date....Feb 1st 7:30 am 4 my gastric bypass....now i'm a nervous wreck...can anyone help settle me down a bit....thx jill

hi jill and welcome....congrats on your date!!!!!i am four months out and i tell ya just before surgery i went thru every emotion there is.even questioned it the night before...but i am sooo glad i did it...i feel a 100% better already and can do many more things.trust me you aren't going thru anything abnormal we all felt this way.good luck and huggs and prayers on your journey and make sure you keep us posted.

Well, I could tell you that anxiety is normal, focus on how exciting it's going to be...the best journey of your life and you don't even have to leave your home. To take a mental snapshot in addition to your photo so you can mentally compare yourself down the line. A LOT more changes than the bod!

But I won't. I will hold your hand, we will raise the others and scream our guts out! Aaah...that feels better...for a few seconds!
