ohhhh poor thing!! she's lost 60lbs w/o the surgery wow this great news. Ohhhh cathy forgive me my love I haven't seen your post here! thanks sweetheart, you too look awesome!! look at you! you're half the person on the hospital bed! you look 10 years younger. I'm sure you gonna reach your target in a flash, you're the biggest inspiration my love! I can't assure you how the daily/semi daily workouts have helped me a lot! yess it's tough and tearful it actually hurts especially the thighs workout (for me) but they are really rewarding! I cannot be thankful to the WLS, w/o God knows I might have been either dead or maybe paralyzed due to a stroke! Ladies you all look so hot and beautiful! thanks for being around and for support!
