Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  lasik I'm getting lasik done and go for the 2 pre-op appts. I am really crossing fingers they will do it. With the MS some won't do the procedure, but my eye doc has followed my eye care for a year now and has tried everything to induce any wiggly vision issues that would cause them to not want to do the lasik, etc....many many appt with her! So tues go for the dialation with her, then wed morn the other appt and then hopefully not much longer after that..go for it! it's meant going without makeup which makes me crazy!!!  As some of you know I have perm. make up including eyebrows etc. so without the 'softening' of makeup it looks kind of harsh. lol. No mascara, you can see that I am in fact a redhead with dark red eyelashes and eyebrows..the eyebrows were done a dark brown so it shows the hairs up a lot lighter so I normally darken with them with mascara too. thank goodness I'm hiding out on 3rd shift! lol. I am excited and will be even more so if it's a positive, go ahead and be able to do this procedure. It's one of several things I wanted for myself post wls..5.5 yrs later I'm finally on insurance and can finance the procedure, fingers crossed.

I had been short sighted with astigmatism for many years and eeooohhffffff I can't tell you how a free feeling w/o wearing glasses or contact lenses! 6 years from the day I did the Lasik I can tell you it's not as sharp and krisp as before but the surgeon told me that you might need a touch up lasiks in the future and I think the time is up! Good luck my dear, I'm sure a sexy girl like you deserve to show off her beautiful eyes!

I walked in there with 20/400 vision and walked out the same day with 20/30 vision. I am a year out and have had 20/10 vision since about a month after it. You can not believe how wonderful it is not having to wear glasses or contacts!! I even almost refuse to wear sun glasses now. LOLOLOL |
