It's nice to fing a forum for gastric bypass, as at times it is easy to feel along and wondering if what you are doing is right and if others are experiencing the same things! Jaime

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | WOW - thanks all for replying!!!! SUPER ENCOURAGING! You know, some days are easy, others are hard. Like when i first had surgery, I was incredibly strict. Then I found my self picking on crackers and bread here and there. Then I really saw how I was a stress eater!!!!! December was a difficult month and I lost no weight. I'm back on track now. It really is a journey. I don't think anyone just "arrives", but learns and learns. My weight loss has definitely slowed since the beginning, but i am finally having success for the first time and really feel confident, not the "fat lady" that has to prove she can do something because others just look at the outside. I don't know, I haven't really talked to anyone since the surgery, just monthly dr visits. So I am really excited to meet folks to chat with! Thanks for letting me go on......
