OK PEOPLE MY STALL HAS ENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH I LOST 2 LBS SINCE YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SINCE MY DOC TOLD ME TO LOWER MY PROTEINS (because i was getting to many) HE TOLD ME MY WT WOULD DROP AND HE WAS RIGHT!!!! AND OF COURSE HEALTHIER KIDNEYS, LOL I HAVE TO TELL YA ITS HARD TO LOWER YOUR PROTEINS AND NOT LOWER YOUR CALORIES. THOUGH. IM AT ABOUT 600-700 CALORIES NOW SOTHE CALORIES DID GO DOWN A BIT THESE PAST COUPLE DAYS BUT AT LEAST MY PROTEIN IS DOWN TO 60. IM TRYING MY HARDEST NOT TO GO PAST 60.

yeah, I'm stuck! Nothing in december, 4 in January, but can't break below 180! But I did see that i was eating way to much cheese & nuts and my fat level was way too high, so hopfully now I will start dropping again!

A New Me, You Should Really Ask Your Doc What Is Right For You Because We Are All Differnt Sizes. For Me I Have To Do Between 50-60. But Keep In Mind Im Very Short Im Only 4"11. So For You I Would Think About 60-70 Which Is What Most Doc Ask Of Their Pateints. Do You Record All Of Your Food Intake? You Have To Be Sure Your Protein Is To High B4 You Go And Lower It.

WEll I think I am doing way to much. After readng your posts and etc...See I went to my surgeeon back some time ago and dont go till my 1 year check up. I thought I had it all down and didnt realize that there could be too much protien. Like you said, I think I need to re-train all over again.
I dont record things. Bad I know. But lately when I am hungry I just make myself eat protein things, like beef jerkey, cheese sticks, chicken breast and etc....thinking alll along to stay away from all else and just eat protein. I even bought these rice or soy things that are loaded with protein to snack on. hmmmmmmm I gotta think about this. Oh and I am 5'4". Not super tall.

But for example so far today I had a protein shake that had 24 grams of protein justin the mix and then I added the low carb chocolate milk whihc I think is another 8 gram of protein. That was my breakfast. then for lunch I had a piece of left over steak, which I am sure is loaded with protein. then for a snack I had two cheese sticks, which I think they are 6 grams each. And as of right now its only 3:30. So I will most likely still hve dinner and a snack. So I think I am going way overboard. Could be the result of my not loosing casue I am working out like freaking crazy. Every single day I do cardio for 30 or 40 minutes and every other day I do weights on top of that and this darn scale just doenst move. hmmmmmm this has really got me thinking.

Ok Here Is My Suggestion Before You Change Anyting Be Sure On What You Are Taking In. Try To Record All You Food Intake For 2-3 Days And Then You Will See If Its To Much And If It Is You Would Probably Have To Lower It Depending On How Much You Take In Now. Better To Be Sure
