You will do it. Maybe it is better to take it down a little bit each day or so. That way it won't be so drastic. So, maybe you should plan to cut back a couple of points each day.

You Have Nooo Idea How Hard I Try To Plan My Day With Low Protein. I Did Well For 2 Days And Today It Was High. Its Like I Dont Even Know How To Cut Back Because I Wouldnt Even Know What To Subsitute Alot Of Things For. I Already Eat Alot Of Veggies. Plus Its Just So Addicting Because I Try To Stay Away From Fat And Carbs!

I Just Dont Want To Damage My Kidneys Or Anything Because Of All This Protein and i dont want to slow down my wt loss either because too much protein can do that also

Do you like eggs? Probably not or you would already be eating them! Where are most of your proteins coming from? Supplement stuff like bars of shakes? If so maybe you could replace them with a lower protein snack. I wouldn't change breakfast too much because you definitely need it and protein is the best way to go, but maybe you could slow down on some of the stuff that has LOTS of protien. Like maybe only drink half of your Achieve One drink and save the rest for the next day. That'll save you 10 g right there!
I know you'll work it all out! It might take time, but you'll be able to wean yourself down a bit!
