IF YOU LOVE PIZZA LIKE I DO BUT CANT TOLERATE LIKE ME THEN I HAVE A GREAT IDEA FOR YOU THAT I TRIED!!! TAKE A SMALL WHEAT WRAP (or any flavor) AND PUT IT IN THE OVEN TILL IT GETS A BIT CRISP AND THEN PUT SAUCE AND MOZZ CHEESE AND PUT IT BACK IN THE OVEN. IT WORKS KENYA. NO ITS NOT REAL PIZZA BUT I ALSO GET SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SICK FROM PIZZA AND THIS REALLY DOESNT BOTTER ME TOO MUCH.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You might try a casserole or maybe a quiche of some kind. I love quiche and it is so versatile. You can use different kinds of meats, cheeses, veggies.....lots of protein and if you use egg beaters and low fat cheese it keeps if from having so much fat.
You can find all kinds of recipes on line. I usually just put them in a cermic pie dish without a crust too.

Thats funny, toot toot. Anyhow. Tofu yummy. Do you have a Whole Foods or Wild Oats around there, some healthy grocery store. They sell flavored planks of tofu in italian and thai. Do you like chinese food, can you make it yourself? Chicken cashew, tofu and veggies, especially the flavored tofu. Check out recipes online. God to foodnetworktv.com and find what you do like. If you like salads, type in salads and you'll get soooooo many ideas. If you like tofu, type that in, my god, the recipes are endless.

the thing about cooking is, a lot of recipies are for "family sized" dishes. Being that its just me and Kayla and i dont do well on reheated stuff, i just havent been into cooking so much. but anything is wirth a shot i guess...

Well, you can reduce the portions to half or a quarter, or whatever your need is, from the original recipe, you don't have to go by the exact amount of ingredients and stuff indicated.
